What is the shipping policy?
Various shipping options are available and the shipping options available to you vary based on your location. For continental United States orders there are 5 shipping methods available. UPS Ground Delivery will take 5-7 business days for delivery and shipping is free for orders over $50 within the continental 48 states. For orders $50 and under the shipping cost is $6. UPS 3 Day will take 3-5 days, UPS 2nd Day will take 2 business days, UPS Next Day will take 1 day and US Air Mail will take 1-2 weeks and the maximum order value is $100. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico there is UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day and US Air Mail available. For Canada orders UPS Worldwide Express is available and you will receive your order in 2 business days. For International orders UPS Worldwide Express is available and will take 3-4 business days to be delivered
What is the return policy?
Sunny Sports has one of the best return policies in the outdoor equipment industry. You can return you order 60 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for a full refund on your credit card. You can return your order after 60 days to 120 days from date of invoice to receive a store credit. Your order will be fully refunded except for shipping charges. When you return your order you need to include the original manufacturer’s labeled packing and you have to include all materials, manuals, blank warranty cards. There are some items that cannot be returned these are book, CDs, DVDs and video. To return your merchandise you need to fill out the return merchandise form. When shipping your order pack you need to included the return form, with your original invoice and send it prepaid and insured to Sunny Sports.
